President & Chief Negotiator Iran Alicea Email: As the President of HSEF, Iran Alicea is the presiding officer at all meetings of the membership, the Executive Board, and the Stewards Council and all committees except the Elections Committee. In his role he manages the day to day operations of HSEF including finances and employees. He is also charged with representing the organization before bodies of the employer, executive and legislative officials as well as the public, community organizations, and the news media.
